Austin design and build, run by the two people actually doing the work

We're Eric and Shea Hancock. We design and build high-end renovations in Austin — full-gut kitchens, primary baths, whole-home remodels, and ADUs — and we've been doing it under our own name since 2021.

Shea handles design, selections, and everything that happens before the first wall comes down. Eric runs the field — trades, schedule, quality control. Between the two of us, the person who drew it and the person who builds it are married. That's not a cute detail. It's why our drawings actually work on site.

What makes us different

Most design firms have never built anything. Most builders have never designed anything. The gap between those two things is where renovations go sideways — the tile that can't be cut that way, the vanity that fights the plumbing rough-in, the fixture with a fourteen-week lead time nobody checked.

We've been on both sides of that gap for five years. Full-gut kitchens, custom cabinets and vanities, whole-home renovations, and ADUs. We know what installs, what's actually available, and what a set of drawings needs to say so your project gets priced right the first time.

So when we spec something, it's because we already know it works. Not because it looked good on a mood board.
