Interior Design Packages
This is design-only.
You already have a contractor you trust, or you're about to hire one. You don't need us to build it. You need the design settled and specified before the demo starts, so your builder has something real to work from.
No furniture, rugs, window treatments, or styling. This is finishes only — the things that get installed, not the things that get delivered.
Deliverables
Drawings. Dimensioned interior layouts and elevations so your contractor isn't guessing on what to build. Cabinet layouts, tile layouts, and fixture and finish placements.
Complete finish selections. Every finish, specified. Tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, hardware, lighting, paint. Nothing left as "TBD."
A procurement spreadsheet. Every item with the model number, finish, quantity, supplier, and lead time. Your builder orders straight from it. No guessing, no calling me to ask which faucet.
A two-hour handoff walkthrough with your GC. We walk your contractor through the package in person so nothing gets lost in translation.
Pricing ranges from $3500 on up depending on area size and scope.
Still deciding who builds it?
We do that too. Hancock Design and Build takes on full-gut kitchens, primary baths, whole-home renovations, and ADUs across Austin and Buda.
When we design and build, the handoff problem disappears entirely — there's no translating a package to a third party, because the person who drew it is the person managing the install.
