This full-scale renovation transformed a dated home into a fresh, functional, and modern retreat. We completely revamped the kitchen, relocated the guest bathroom entirely, updated the laundry room, and gave them a proper primary suite. We added all new cabinetry and countertops throughout, and installed new flooring. We took the full-gut opportunity to vault the ceilings in the primary bedroom and office to bring in openness and light. These amazing homeowners wanted to take advantage of the few days Texas has cool weather we we gave them a new cedar screened-in back porch for a cozy connection to the outdoors—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
