Hancock Design and Build is a residential design-build firm in Austin. We take on full-gut kitchens, primary baths, whole-home renovations, and ADUs.

These are big projects. They take real planning and somebody has to be running them.

Whether you're coming to us with an idea or a finished set of plans, you get the same thing: a house that's fully figured out before construction starts, and one team responsible for it from the first walkthrough to the last.
