We're Eric and Shea Hancock. We design and build high-end renovations in Austin, Texas and we've been doing it under our own name since 2021.
Hancock Design and Build is a residential design and build firm in Austin. We take on full-gut kitchens, primary baths, whole-home renovations, and ADUs — projects where the finish level is high and the decisions are complicated.
Most renovations go wrong before anyone picks up a hammer. Selections get made in a rush, drawings leave things out, and the problems surface as change orders once the walls are open. We work the other way. We settle the design, the selections, and the details up front, so the build is execution instead of improvisation.
We started this company to build the kind of homes we'd want to live in, for people we actually like working with. Five years in, that hasn't changed.
